Do you also sell loose tickets/entrance tickets?
No, Reasons2Travel only sells tickets in combination with transportation, diner and/or with a hotel stay.

Is the reproduced amount really available?
Yes, the reproduced amount is really available. It can happen that bookings simultaneously are made of come-in by phone. Naturally the available amount of packages will be adapted as fast as possible. Packages by which mentioned "info" stands instead of a number, are verified on availability after receipts of your request.

Does the package also include airport taxes?
When this is not indicated by in- or exclusive, the airport taxes are exclusive.

Are there any administration costs?
On all package becomes per booking € 19,- administration costs.

What’s a single, double or twin room?
Single room = Room for one person (mostly extra suplement),Double room = Room with one double bed, Twin room = Room with two beds apart

Is the given prices including Vat?
Each time the VAT will be mentioned.

Can I also take out a travel- and/or a cancellation insurence?
Yes, you can take out online your insurence on the head page through “services.

When can i recieve my travel documents?
Mostly 1 or 2 weeks before starting the event we will send the travel documents

Is it possible to upgrade or extend the package?
Depends on package and date, it is possible to change our package. Therefore you can contact us by telephone (+31 20 487 73 55).
