Changes and errors
Reasons2Travel.is not responsible for any errors or changes in the packages published on the site.

Deep linking and downloads
Visitors to the site are prohibited from copying or realising text and images, as well as so-called ‘deep links’ to pages or scripts or packages, without the express written permission from the appropriate Reasons2Travel staff.

Logo
The ‘Reasons2Travel’ logo can only be used if a direct link is provided to the homepage (http://www.reasons2travel.com).

Changes to event dates
Reasons2Travel is never responsible for unannounced changes to the date(s) of booked packages.

Invoicing
As an ‘intermediary’ Reasons2Travel will invoice the purchaser for the booked package.

Double booking/overbooking
Reasons2Travel will publish the available number of packages. However, a simultaneous booking or telephone request could result in a ‘double booking’. If this happens Reasons2Travel will contact the purchaser immediately after this booking (during office hours).

Processing and realisation
Reasons2Travel offers travel organisers, event organisers and tour operators the option to book packages. The tour operator will be responsible for the correct processing and realisation of the package at all times. Reasons2Travel is never responsible for the correct realisation of packages, other than as the organiser Reasons2Travel.

Responsibility for content
The Reasons2Travel content suppliers (participants) are responsible for text and image materials relating to packages for which they are regarded the ‘organiser’. Said packages are published independently by the content suppliers in question and, in this capacity, the content supplier is responsible for published materials. Reasons2Travel is never liable for any infringement of copyrights in respect of text or images published by third parties.

Personal data
The Reasons2Travel website collects only the information entered by the visitor (when joining the mailing list or making a booking). When booking packages via the Reasons2Travel website, certain general and personal data on the purchaser of the booking must be entered to finalise the booking. Reasons2Travel will store the obtained data in databases and use it exclusively for processing the booking. If third parties are involved in organising the event in question they will only be provided with the minimum information needed. Reasons2Travel will not sell or pass on the collected data to other parties. Reasons2Travel may use the data in question in future for its own market analyses and other marketing purposes.

Cookies
During the booking process a cookie will be put into your computer that helps speed up the booking process and makes it possible to complete any future bookings more quickly. Reasons2Travel counts visitor numbers and monitors ‘surfing’ behaviour, whereby the obtained data is processed anonymously.

Mailing list
Reasons2Travel stores the data entered in the mailing list in databases and uses it only to send regular e-mail messages from Reasons2Travel. The visitor is able to independently remove any information previously entered in the mailing list, by the same method the data was initially entered.
