Book online

Reasons2Travel makes it possible to book and pay for packages online in 5 steps. The booking procedure is as follows:

1. Select your package
Go to the desired package. Via the main headers ‘sport & culture’, ‘incentive travel’ and ‘company events’ you arrive at the news pages for these sections. You can then refine your search by clicking on the sub menus. Now click on the desired package to view the details.

2. Online reservation or booking
If the package meets with your expectations and you want to book or reserve it online click on the ‘book’ or ‘reserve’ button at the bottom of the package. If we can guarantee availability we list numbers with the package and the ‘book online’ booking button is visible. If the package is upon request only, or if we need to check availability, only the ‘reserve’ button is visible.

3. Confirm your agreement with the terms & conditions and payment method
You will now be asked to indicate the number of packages you wish to book, as well as the payment method. Once again you need to tick the box to confirm your agreement with the terms & conditions that apply to the package.

4. Enter your information
Once you have clicked the ‘reserve online’ or ‘book online’ button you will be taken to the booking form. Here you will enter: the number of packages you wish to book, your (company) name, function, date of birth, address details, telephone and fax number and e-mail address, any options and the names of the participants/travellers. After entering this information you will continue the booking process by clicking on the ‘next’ button at the bottom of the page.

5. Order confirmation
Once you have entered your information it is summarised in an order confirmation. This confirmation is not proof of a definite booking; it merely indicates that your booking is being processed. You will receive an order confirmation by post and/or we will contact you as soon as possible about the availability of your package.

 

6. Payment module
If you are booking the package you will need to pay online at the time of the booking. To do so click on the ‘pay online’ button at the bottom of the order confirmation. You will now be taken to our payment module. The online payment is processed by Tripledeal.com. You will be given the opportunity to pay for your package.

Is payment via our site safe?
Yes, paying via the Internet need not be any less safe than paying in the ‘real’ world. The use of encryption, two-way authentication and digital signatures has greatly increased the security of certain payment methods. Online payments via our site are processed by Triple Deal.
